Seller offered refund or item replacement. Even though the return window was closed.
I would use it everyday and after every meal and so far, the battery life is great! I could use it for up to a week without charging! Even my dental hygienist has complimented me on my oral hygiene :)
I've had it for 7 months now and I did run along some issues. The button to change the pressure of the water stopped working for me. Every time I wanted to change it to level 2 or 3, it would work for two seconds and then it would stop and blink three times. I wasn't sure how to solve this issue, so I have just been using level 1. Unfortunately, the tip of the flosser broke off while traveling, and the plastic part is stuck in the hole that I cannot get it out of.
He is 15. He has used it every day since he got it. No more having to hound him about flossing his teeth. Thank you. Highly recommend.
Update: seller replaced my device. Came in a much better package. I believe the first item sent was damaged during shipping
I am sure it works for flossing to, but good to know it helps with tonsil stone removal as well ;)
Built in battery holds charge well - it’s been 3 weeks since I last charged it up.
Start with the low speed and work your way up.
Always use warm water especially if you’re sensitive.
For an added bonus, add mouth wash to flosser.
Note: the water reservoir is small. I refill it at least once to get everything. This might make you choose another brand with a larger tank that isn’t cordless. Personally, not a big deal since I’m using this mostly at night so my morning morning routine isn’t longer.
The only thing I do not like is how close the power button and the intensity button are. Sometimes I tend to increase the intensity when I mean to power off the flosser and then I end up making a mess. Not a big deal though, I will learn to get used to how it works.
The battery has lasted me weeks without charging it & using it everyday. It is easy to take apart and clean.
Highly recommend if you’re interested in trying a waterpik & don’t want to spend too much $.
Edit: After reviewing multiple USB-C cords, a USB-USB-C cord somehow worked. Not sure why, but I’m leaving the review up in case someone has the same problem.
To improve packaging of spare nozzles & to provide travel bag.
