Ya despues de eso, la verdad sientes una frescura muy genial, diferente a la del emjuague bucal tradicional que te da una sesnsacion solo temporal.
Si siento y veo que blanquea, necesito usarlo más para ver resultados.

Yes it has mint in it but it does states like oil in your mouth. Totally worth the 2-5 min a day.
My biggest problem with this product is that why am I just now finding out about this when I'm 34 35 years old this stuff is amazing it really works it really makes your whole entire mouth your breath your gums your teeth the whitening part your tongue The toothbrush that comes with is great this stuff is awesome I highly suggest going out and getting it and that's why I gave it five stars if I could I'll give it 10
However, the taste is SO BAD. I know I have to work my way up to the 10 mins. I can do about 2-3 minutes right now. But I nearly gagged.
With that being said, I'm still gonna use it and will be buying more because I love the results so much.
However, I LOVE how neutral yet clean the inside of my mouth feels after--I'm not a fan of strong aftertaste for tooth paste or mouthwash. (Side note: If you're like me, you might like Therabreath Mild Mint Toothpaste and Mouthwash. It has a very mild flavor and leaves a clean but neutral feeling, no burning or aftertaste).
Also I love the tongue scraper. I haven't tried the toothbrush but it's really soft and people seem to really like that.
Very pleased with the results and the product has one of the most complete ingredients to target different issues. It’s worth the try but consistency is the key. If I may suggest…
1.- Plan not to eat right away after using it.
2.- A little goes a long way, you don’t need much but if you are dealing with periodontal issues… what helped me was using it as follow:
For example if the recommended time is 10 minutes a day….
Break it and do it 3 minutes/3 times a day,
3.- Little by little you can get used to keep it longer and longer in your mouth so don’t get frustrated if you just can’t in the beginning.

it’s you’re a weird texture person it’s a little thick but you can get use to it! I love the fresh feeling afterwards!
I also LOVE the toothbrush that is included with the oil. So soft and kind to your gums! And a tongue scraper is also included, making the purchase price more than reasonable. If you want to add pulling to your routine I would definitely recommend THIS product, as it has other ingredients to help soothe and heal your gums, not just plain coconut oil. Plus you get the toothbrush and tongue scraper included! Will definitely be ordering again!
So much so that other family members were so impressed they started using it as well. The first thing I noticed was my mouth still felt fresh and clean when I woke in the morning. I rub my tongue over my teeth and they still felt clean. Keep in mind I have to sleep with a CPAP machine for Sleep Apnea and that requires me to wear tape over my mouth when I sleep. This usually causes a significant increase in "socks" on my teeth and bad breath. Now.....I have NO socks on my teeth and my breath is still fresh and clean.
I use it before I brush and floss my teeth. I started with swishing it for 2 min, I now swish for 10 minutes. I just play a game on my phone while I swish. Don't swallow. No big deal.
The results are far beyond what I expected. I can't wait for my next dental cleaning to see and hear the Dentist's reaction. She is always impressed with how well I take care of them, but I believe she will be stunned at how clean and bright they are. I don't even mind that due to scheduling issues my cleaning had to be pushed out a month because I believe this will keep the plaque and tarter off my teeth and gums.

Results: He had a cavity that was 3 surfaces and now it was only 2. They were wondering what he did in such a short amount of time. Then I went to get my teeth cleaned (which has never been fun, they always say my gums are puffy and lots of plaque.) They wondered what I had done! Almost no plaque on my teeth and instead of my gums being 4's and 5's they were 1's and 2s. I was ecstatic. Defiantly will continue to do this once or twice a week to keep everything in good health along with my brushing. I also use hydroxiaptate (non fluride toothpaste) which helps build enamel.
First of all, I've used it for three days only and have already noticed whitening (my teeth are pretty white already, but they've gotten even better). I'm all about using natural ingredients, avoiding hyper-processed products and all that, so that part is great! I'm absolutely sure this is a much healthier option than regular toothpaste.
Now, this thing tastes absolutely disgusting to me. MUCH WORSE than pure coconut oil. It makes me gag as soon as I put it in my mouth (and swishing it for several minutes takes serious effort). Every time I open my trash can I'm reminded of it, which is a challenge on its own.
This product is thicker than coconut oil, it does not feel "fresh", and I would never let that taste remain in my mouth, so I must brush my teeth with regular toothpaste afterwards (which kind of defeats the purpose).
Unfortunately I bought the biggest size (I honestly thought it would be a great upgrade from pure coconut oil), so now I have to put up with it (because I'm not about to waste my money), but I don't think I'll ever repurchase.
I'll either just go back to virgin, unrefined, cold-pressed coconut oil (SO MUCH CHEAPER AS WELL!) or create my own concoction using some essential oils (Dr. Axe has a nice recipe for mouthwash that can definitely be adapted for this).
It is recommended u start out swishing for 3 mins and gradually increase to 10mins. I only use 10ml and I use my own tongue scraper brush and floss (it is nice they include those in the box but I am picky and like what I currently use)
I started with 3 min (had my phone timing me while I was in the shower. Increased to 4 mins and then one day while shaving my legs had gotten to 6 mins. But I tend to be between 4-6 mins for the most part now. My jaw gets tired so 10 mins seems like forever unless ur preoccupied with something else.
I have noticed so far my gums look nicer and my teeth sensitivity has greatly decreased so far.
I use sensodyn tooth paste and have been for almost 10 years but this helps even more.
I took pictures after each use just to see if they looked a little whiter (this was one of the main reason I wanted to try this) my dentist said because of my teeth sensitivity they didn’t advise me using a lot of the market teeth whiteners so I figured since this was natural why not. I have noticed a little something so far and hope by time I’m done with the bottle I will see more results.

The flavor isn’t bad, has a mint taste and u can tell it has a coconut hint in there, it is thick so do NOT spit it in your drains because it will eventually cause clogs. I have a plastic cup I spit it into and dump it into another cup filled with paper towels in the trash to absorb.
My teeth feel better and my gums seem happier so I have no cons to this so far! Once done with the bottle if I have anything new to add I will update my review! If I notice more whitening effects I’ll add a new photo!
